Research and Development: Our Product Development Group continually searches for, modifies and reviews products before they are added to our line. Tools are thoroughly field-tested, and clamps are routinely tested to 1.5 times the rated capacity at the middle of the clamp, not at the strongest point as some companies do. This is an example of what it takes to be in the MSI Product Line.

Warranty: MSI warrants tools and clamps for one year, unless as noted. The operation and maintenance information is very critical to the longevity and survival of pneumatic tools. Not following these recommendations is the primary reason tools do not meet customer expectations. Support and maintain an air tool properly, and it can last a lifetime.
